NAPA Auto Parts has made its mark in New South Wales!

Formerly known as Ashdown-Ingram, the NAPA Auto Parts Beresfield branch has seen some changes in the last 12 months. Whilst relocating to a larger location at 79 Enterprise Drive, Beresfield on the 25^th of February 2019, the branch was also painted in the infamous NAPA blue. The change of colour to the branch was Beresfield’s first step towards transitioning into the NAPA world.

Fast forward one year and Beresfield will be opening their doors on Tuesday 25^th of February 2020 as NAPA Auto Parts. It is an exciting time for local auto specialists as the Beresfield branch extends their range of products to better suit the constantly changing market. The team has worked hard in the leading weeks to ensure all the new stock, signage and storage facility was ready in time for the doors to open.

Kenneth Atkins, Branch Manager NAPA Auto Parts Beresfield, is excited to be able to expand his business further than just automotive electrical and thermal parts. “The transition to NAPA Auto Parts not only offers our customers new opportunities with the use of NAPA PROLink but also provides an increased product range.” He said when discussing the store opening. “We can now offer customers a wider range of belts, brakes, oils, underbody components and more!”

Importantly, as with all NAPA Auto Parts locations, whilst the outside looks different, inside is very familiar, with the same people you know and trust working behind the counter. For existing Ashdown-Ingram customers, it’ll be very much business as usual. The only change Ashdown-Ingram customers will come to experience is the use of NAPA PROLink.

NAPA PROLink is an online system used to access an enhanced vehicle parts catalogue search engine. It is designed to make it easier for you to efficiently search for and order parts specific vehicles or applications. Key features of the tool is that it provides ‘real time’ information on pricing and inventory at your home branch and surrounding branches, as well as giving you the ability to build customer quotes, order parts online, search for Log Book Service information (requires SmartQuote subscription) plus much more.

GPC Asia Pacific is investing significantly to enhance the product offer and service to our trade customers; the improved storage area will house a significantly expanded range of products and brands, with the in-branch range increasing by around 9,000 products. This represents an inventory investment of over $1.1 million, meaning NAPA Auto Parts is serious about providing the parts you need, more often, to complete your jobs in a more convenient location.
