NAPA Auto Parts continues to invest heavily in local businesses via a state-of-the-art distribution centre in NSW to directly support the needs of local automotive specialists.
The Ingleburn facility now houses the comprehensive NAPA Auto Parts range to ensure the right parts are available to NSW customers locally, as opposed to transporting from inter-state, which has previously been the case.
Importantly, the range housed in the distribution centre is based on the local needs and historic purchases of NSW automotive customers, meaning it’s not being used as a holding facility for stock in demand from other areas of the country.
Julian Buckley, Executive General Manager NAPA Australia, is excited about the advantages and opportunities a local NSW distribution centre will bring the company. “Having a local site means faster deliveries and faster turnaround for our NSW customers”, said Mr Buckley.

The state-of-the-art site includes automated conveyers, barcode and scanner routing and pick to voice technology to ensure high levels of accuracy in picking orders.
Whilst the distribution centre will hold a comprehensive range of Specialist Automotive, Mechanical, European and RDA Brakes products, having another state-based distribution centre is something NAPA Auto Parts competitors have not been able to establish.

More than 6,000 individual specialist SKUs and 2,400 European SKUs are in the Ingleburn facility. This includes alternators, starter motors, cooling components, LED lighting, oil and filtration, brakes, automotive electrical accessories and much more.
