R&E Heidelberg and R&E Coburg have come together to form branch number 18, NAPA Auto Parts Heidelberg West!
The two R&E teams have committed to ensuring the branch is stocked and ready to service their customers on Monday 29th June. Graeme Smiley, Branch Manager, mentioned that a lot of hard work has gone into the opening of the branch, but will be well and truly worth it once they open the doors of the new big blue building.
“This is an exciting time for local auto specialists. By merging these two branches, our in-branch range will increase by around 15,700 products”, he said. This represents an inventory investment of over $910,000, meaning more of the parts you need to complete your jobs that are located closer to you.
In addition to this, NAPA Auto Parts is investing in the branch team, with training in specialist product ranges, plus over time, introducing new team members equipped to support the specialist customer base.
The change to NAPA Auto Parts will have a positive impact on former R&E customers. By relocating the branch, there has been a significant increase in stock holding as well as storage space, therefore the branch is able to hold more products on site for quicker and efficient service. Customers will also be introduced to NAPA PROLink system, providing them with an industry leading vehicle registration search as well as an auto-electrical catalogue plus much more.
